1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 1 day of receiving the product.

β The product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
β Items like personal care products, innerwear, perishables, and digital goods are non-returnable.
β "Change of mind" returns are not accepted.
2. Return Process
πΉ Step 1: Contact our customer support via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the item.
πΉ Step 2: Provide order details and images of the product (if damaged or defective).
πΉ Step 3: Our team will verify and confirm your return request.
πΉ Step 4: Send the product to our return address via courier service. The return shipping cost will be covered only if the mistake is made on our side.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy

Replacement: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will send a new replacement after receiving the returned item.

Refund: If the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 working days via your original payment method or mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket).

Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exceptions & Important Notes
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.
- If the product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer, it may not be returnable.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via Bkash/Nagad.
